Kent Baylor, 71, a former signals intelligence officer who retired in 1992 after 34 years service with the CIA died of esophageal cancer on November 2, 2003 at the hospice in Northern Virginia. He lived in Mc Lean. Mr Baylor's work with the agency included assignments in Japan and Turkey and interpreteation of photos from the U2 spy plane. Kent will be greatly missed by his fellow Roadrunners.
