While stored at Plant 42 during the preparation of Article #128 by Minnesota National Guard representatives for movement to the Minnesota National Guard Museum, unknown persons removed the seal wrap and vandalized this plane of the components from both cockpits. The following photos show the extent of this shameful destruction of this one of a kind historical plane. Article 128, a single cockpit plane, arrived in Minnesota with a full compliment of cockpit components??

CIA A-12 TRAINER 06927 ON PYLON DISPLAY

AT LOS ANGELES SCICENTER

The A-12 Trainer mounted at the California Science Center is mounted in a area of the "Parking Structure Project" named for Roy Anderson. The mounted aircraft and the landscaping is known as "The Roy A. Anderson Blackbird Exhibit and Garden" Roadrunner Torrey Larsen documented the transition of the Titanium Goose from the Groom Lake A-12B trainer being parked at Lockheed's Plant 42 to its final resting ground on pylons at the Los Angeles SciCenter.
